Project Form or General Contact?
Use the detailed project form when you are considering a full bathroom renovation, primary ensuite, custom shower, layout change or multiple bathrooms. It captures the scope, timing, approximate investment range and photos in one place. Use the contact form for a general question that does not need the full project questionnaire.
Choosing the right form helps keep the first response focused. Project inquiries benefit from room photos and scope details, while a simple website, privacy or general planning question usually does not require you to complete the longer renovation questionnaire.
Before You Send a General Question
If the question is about permits, read the Brampton bathroom permit guide. If it is about what a substantial renovation includes, review complete bathroom renovations. Those pages may answer the planning question immediately and give you better context for a follow-up.
If your question depends on the dimensions or condition of the existing room, include enough context to identify the issue. Approximate dimensions, a short description and one or two relevant photos can prevent a general answer from being mistaken for project-specific advice.
